Challenge:
The challenge was to design a brand that clearly communicated Converge’s innovative approach, stood out in a competitive enterprise software space, and conveyed professionalism, trust, and clarity across all touchpoints.
Strategy:
I defined the logo, visual language, and comprehensive brand guidelines, along with the overarching brand narrative and copy, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and presentations. By shaping the brand experience from the ground up, I positioned Converge as a clear, professional, and trusted solution for enterprise decision-making.
Results:
Based on a variety of surveys, brand awareness reached 62% within six months, platform adoption grew 10%, and stakeholder satisfaction increased 60%. Consistent visual and verbal branding also drove a 28% lift in engagement across marketing and social channels.
