Challenge:
Launch a cohesive, visually compelling campaign across global markets while promoting a product that helps prevent hospital-acquired pneumonia. Packaging functionality was a crucial part of the product, requiring clear communication of how to use it safely and effectively.

Strategy:
Designed integrated assets for marketing and packaging, iterated designs based on focus group feedback, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand and regulatory requirements.

Results:
Focus groups showed 89% of participants found the packaging clear and informative. Internal surveys indicated 92% of teams felt the materials were effective and easy to use, supporting a smooth product rollout.
